Mark commenced his recruitment career in 1993 with an international recruitment firm and launched Perceptor in 1999. Mark has an excellent network of contacts at senior levels across CEO, MD, and C level and is one Australia’s most experienced executive search specialists. Mark is married with 3 teenage boys and is a keen cyclist who competes in both mountain bike and road racing events.

Mark was an early recruiter in digital having made some of the key hires for Yahoo!, OzEmail and MSN when they launched in the mid 90’s. More recently he has had extensive experience of GM Digital, Chief Product and GM CX appointments.
